    No issues with staff here, they are great. But we had a problems with our sofas, different colour legs on each started it off and then a month in we noticed metal poking out putting holes in cushions. The issue we have is that it often takes multiple calls before anything gets sorted. Three times I rang about the legs before anyone actually ordered us a replacement. With the holes it also took more than one call. It's like you speak to someone and they make no notes, don't resolve it then forget all about your call! Waiting on new sofa now for 3 months. It came in apparently and was sent back to supplier as it had quality issues. We know this because when we went in to chase, the store told us it had been sat in the warehouse for 2 weeks! Again, us chasing them. Never again I think which is a shame as our last sofa was also from there and lasted a long time. Update - new sofa finally arrived. It had different colour scatter cushions to the other sofa....here we go again...
