    Charged me ВЈ40 because my dog got out of the gate and someone to her to the broadway vets and didn't give me a receipt plus the receptionist wasn't very pleasant

    The surgery closed at 7pm last night but they were understanding and kind enough to allow me to pick up a collar and lead that my family had left behind. Their beloved Lucy was put to sleep and in the emotions of it all they drove home without her things - they don't live in Peterborough. The surgery opened their doors to me after hours to allow me to collect her things and could not have been more understanding. The family of Lucy are grateful for this gesture.
