    I used Capitol Lettors to manage the letting and then the sale of my property in Peterborough. As I live in Belfast it was difficult for me to visit and inspect the property in person. I am happy with the way Capitol Lettors managed my property. When I let my property, Capitol Lettors found suitable tenants quickly. The property was never empty for more than a week. If there were any maintenance issues with the property, they would advise me on possible solutions. They would also use local tradesmen at reasonable prices. If there were issues with the tenant then Capitol Lettors would deal with the issues professionally and ensured the issues were resolved to everyone's satisfaction. They inspected the property regularly and kept me up to date with the inspections and state of the property. Capitol Lettors found a buyer within a week of the property being put on the market. They managed the sale process which included the tenant vacating the property. They kept all parties up to date of the process and ensured we were happy with the progress. Capitol Lettors ensured that the property was left in an immaculate state. The staff at Capitol Lettors is very friendly and approachable.
