    Bought 5 shoes from here and when I went home I do very disappointed with their quality, they seemed to be flimsy and looked as if they would last 1 week. I went back for a refund and was denied a refund even though the shoes were in pristine condition, because apparently, they were “sale” items. I was only offered a gift card. Now, I am stuck with £100 worth of flimsy shoes and have been forced to keep them. The staff are rude and the manager is absolutely shockingly rude. I called customer service and they were equally bad and couldn’t help me. I will never shop here ever again. PLEASE AVOID
