- Linda WardNov, 16 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service, I was told the 3 pairs of trainers I had asked to look at were being sent down to the shop floor, then told by the advisor actually we only have one pair in a size 9. The price on the pair that came down were displayed at ВЈ70 when I first went into the store earlier in the day, however , they came up at ВЈ100 on the till. When I questioned this I was told nothing they can do. I had arranged for my son to meet me after work to try them on. Wasted mine and his time , parking etc: I then went back to the store to ask the Manager her name to make a complaint, surprise surprise the shutters were down and it was only 5:50pm. The store is advertised as opening until 18:00pm. Another customer was standing outside trying to get the advisors attention, she had travelled in to pick up a parcel. The staff looked straight at us and ignored us, talking amongst theirselves. The company needs to address the lack of customer service.
