    excellent service rebecca helped us look for what my kids needed even used her phone to assist us and victoria was very helful at checkout will definately be returning

    I called to ask if they had a product in stock as most of the country hasn't. Claire was very helpful over the phone and the staff in-store were amazing and friendly and knowledgeable. I don't often shop at Smyths as my child is not such a child anymore lol but the Lego selection was awesome as was the member of staff who helped me. It's quite a way from where I live but if this is how staff are trained I'm converting from the other large toy store who in my opinion are no where near as friendly and knowledgeable and happy to genuinely help and advise. Well done and thank you for making my trip worth while.
